What's the difference between UVA and UVA-NIH? Are they separate programs on ERAS?

Yeah, they are. It's the NIH Clinical Center.  I'm not sure why the invite says UVa, but it does.  Can anyone else explain?

About 3.5 clinical years are spent at UVA (first 2.5 years and final year)
