Anyone have any insight on this program? Worried about the fact that its new, but the residents they have taken so far seem pretty accomplished on paper.

I'm not sure anyone can provide you an objective opinion. it's brand new. It has brand name but is 3rd amongst Harvard programs in a city with too many neurosurgery training programs. Youre going to be a cowboy blazing a new trail. That could work out great or you could get stampeded.

Seems to rival the other Harvard programs

It’s different from other Harvard programs in that there are too many cases for the small cohort to cover, let alone double scrub. It suffers from the same issue as other 1/year programs though where there aren’t enough residents to allow for 2 research years, so there’s no way you can be as academically productive as the other programs. An interesting trade off for a Boston program
