likely too many of these: malignant, low case numbers, no midlevels, excessive call, bad location

Congrats on matching. As someone who didn't match, this rubs me the wrong way. I would have loved to have matched at ANY program.

Listen to the neurosurgery podcast. They address this directly - don't transfer out without an ironclad reason, otherwise you'll have a tough tough career afterwards
