This isn't even close. You get to go to a top 5 school in Manhattan (one of the best places to live once COVID clears up), completely debt free, with a top tier department and big names from which you can match anywhere you want (this will depend on you not the school).
vs. -$400,000, living in a dump in Baltimore, an elite med school but overall shitty home department (lost tons of faculty, weak operative experience, malignancy).
