How do you guys feel of boards this year? To me it's way harder than before and I don't think I am going to pass. What do you recommend? Any test takers who took it this year and before?

Agree it was much tougher this year unfortunately. Hope the curve is agreeable

100% agree. There was a lot of esoteric physiology and basic science, which hasn't been the focus of this test in the past.

Seemed like they made a bunch of new questions for the exam this year, and a lot of them testing random factoids not directly applicable to Neurosurgery. Reminded me of USMLE Step 1
