"unchanged recommendation for aways"

I just got an email from SNS for 2021 away rotation guidance. It seems that they dont really want us to do aways according for Recommendation 1. Would this hurt app if you still do an away even against recommendation from SNS?

Their guidelines posted online say we can do one away. I didn't get that email. Would you please post the guidance from the email here?

Recommendation 1 is in effect for the 2020-2021 year (i.e. the application cycle that's over already). It goes until 6/1 basically. The next cycle will allow for one away, now earlier than the original August timeline.
