Meet and greet dress code

Anyone know what the dress code is supposed to be for guys on these late afternoon meet and greets the day before actual interview day?

Are these online you mean? My recommendations for in person for these would be on the high side of business casual such as a blazer and slacks. Something similar or maybe without the Blazer would be fine for video. Also no Harmon just wearing a suit.
