Anyone have any leads on something like this? Suspect I’ll have to create an opportunity if needed. I dislike DBS/general functional neurosurgery procedures but like the brain machine interface and neuroprosthetics angle.

No. There is not. This only exists as research currently so no. Maybe you can have a research fellowship. You sound like a med student.
