How many percent of neurosurgery applicants were raised with a silver spoon? Seems like almost all of them. Will this change?

If youre trying to see where you’d fit, look at what cars the residents drive. Some drive shitty 30 year old Toyotas and some have a new Mercedes. Keep in mind, you’ll have to interact with everyone regardless of background.
