What makes a program bottom tier? A lami is a lami. Crani is a crani. End of day you become board certified it’s all the same. Not sure what tier difference means?

Both residents seem top notch. The Psy 2 has a PhD, and the Psy 1 is a Barrow resident. I'm guessing its called shit-tier here because its new.
