Emotional idiot who doesn’t know what’s going on. Probably one who will feel proud about whistle blowing on his attending that cares about training good surgeons and patient safety alike (see multitude of published literature on double scrubbing).

Strange? They have graduated a resident, they’re 8 years old and didn’t back fill. Those aren’t the only places to train by any means, just the ones I had been exposed to (as I said in my post)
