What residencies do and do not allow moonlighting and what is the pay? I know Pitt has a 5-10pm call where you can get paid and barrow let’s be you moonlight similarly. Where else? What about the academic places as well?

Yale lets you moonlight in the Neuro ICU as a chief.
Shouldn't a chief... be operating?
Henry Ford in detroit also allows moonlighting. Residents there said they make about $80 an hour. It's nice in your 5th year you can take a call night in ICU every once in a while to supplement income.
Some of the Texas programs allow for moonlighting, and I've heard of pgy5 residents making $800 a night working for other departments
