Why is it ok to ruin someone's life based on a false accusation? Why do men tolerate it?

Had similar stuff happen to me, life is unfair. Wrong side of the right people can screw you over. Suck it up buttercup, if you got into neurosurgery then you have the smarts and work ethic to succeed in many life ventures.

This is why you follow the Mike Pence rule. Don't ever find yourself alone with a woman. If you're on a late night shift in the call room alone with a female resident, move to a different room. If you're going on a date, make sure that at least your first five dates are in public. Furthermore, don't ever date anyone who works at the same hospital as you. Nurses may be interested in you, but the risk of them jeopardizing your entire career outweigh the benefits.

Also, a must read for any male resident

Nurses, techs, and hospital staff all all villains. They will report and destroy your life at the smallest whim, they have no conscious or morals. They just view doctors are overprivileged and overpaid and they hate doctors.

Many nurses and midlevels are wicked.

I got to f*** many nurses, but in the end, the nurses f***** me over. Temporary pleasure, long term pain.

This is why I make them sign NDAs before doing anything.
