i wouldn't hire a 38 year old for nsrg residency when i have late 20s/early 30s as an alternative

age is just a number, I know many 38 year olds in a position to take call better than 20 year olds. also the applicant may want it more. the new generation is entitled and wants less call. old school people want to work.
