Exactly the illegal act is asking where you're ranked and trying to solicit a commitment to rank a certain way. You can freely communicate your own intentions

Related - should we open the spreadsheet back up once match is over so the M3s can get on? a big portion of the spreadsheet is to help the rising class

I didn't say illegal. As of 9pm ET rank lists have been certified for both applicants and programs. It only takes the algorithm a few hours to run (the rest of the time until 3/15 is spent by the NRMP manually verifying results). Everyone who will match or go unmatched will be decided by tomorrow. Fixating on RTM communication at this point is only neuroticism. Let goooooooo of control

MS3 here. What are some positives and negatives about programs people observed this year? Everything is submitted on both ends so would love to get some honest feedback
