so are interview invites pretty much done (aside from the handful of programs left)? or is it reasonable to maybe anticipate 1-2 more once people start to cancel etc?

No idea tbh. Problem is that people are still hoarding 5+ more interviews than they plan to go to (I'm sure of this, have heard from people directly that they have them) because theyre not sure which they wana go to, so its probably gunna lead to one more push when all those programs get canceled. Just my thoughts.

People need to be professional and just go ahead and cancel if there is a conflict. These program coordinators talk and you don't want a bad rep.

I agree. I cancelled 10+ interviews today. Good luck and I hope they find a strong candidate
