But in that case I think you expect to see full retirement or transition to emeritus status vs moving back onto the faculty

Is Weinand running the show right now? The program website has some contradictory info still with Lemole (who others have said is out).

I fail to see the the difference. All med student and resident evaluations of attendings are anonymous and those comments are not necessarily by med students.
