The PD did suggest in a webinar (think it was one of the CNS ones that they did for Covid) that they'd interview 100 people. Would be surprised if it ends up being that many in the end though, likely closer to 60-70 based on the numbers being reported

Plateau will happen eventually. However, there are more students taking time off before medical school to do something interesting and during medical school to crank out research and study for Step exams. This raises the scores and pub count considerably compared to 10 years ago.
