is it possible for unfilled programs to not be listed on the SOAP list?

I think programs can decide not to participate in SOAP, as in they would rather remain unfilled that take an applicant that failed to match

now that results are officially out please share your notes about programs and fill out the excel to help the people applying next cycle

Ppl don’t know where they’re headed and how far down their list though. Personally, the advice I give will be very dependent on where I end up because my perspective on the cycle will be greater
