JNS case lessons thoughts?

Thoughts on JNS case lessons? As someone interested in Neurosurgery, better to publish here (but no pubmed index), or other non-neurosurgery journals that are actually pubmed indexed?

Very few places take case reports. The only places that come to mind are World Neurosurgery (if you connect it with a review) and Operative Neurosurgery. Try those first, but if that doesn't work JNS Case Lessons is probably fine.

I was able to publish a case study in clinical neurology and neurosurgery, I'd look there
