This thread is ‘programs on probation’. There is one, Rutgers. Not SLU.

SLU has a ton of citations and is on the road to getting shut down. It’s on paper, worse program than Rutgers.

Have the open threats and intimidation been reported to GME and ACGME? Do not be scared to ask for help. That is what these entities exist for.

Who in program leadership is threatening you? Unacceptable and they should be fired for this kind of behavior. There is a special liason in the ACGME that you can reach out to you, even confidentially. Also contact your institution’s GME and Office of Professionalism.

Program director primarily, chairman and multiple faculty. Constant harassment and prejudice. Malignant environment. Retaliation if someone tries to say something

Also contact your institution’s GME and Office of Professionalism. https://gmecomplianceproject.org/ GME and Office of Professionalism are the main source of their problem at SLU. Multiple residents have been dismissed over the years. Their offices remain aware of these retaliation events, but they act as bystanders, or even worse, they tend to promote workplace retaliation.

Multiple residents? Sounds like this place needs to be investigated by ACGME..which is why maybe it is on probation
