Interview Invites 2017 - 2018
how's you research experience and school grades?
Reply
USC, no UCSD person: not the best grades, but consistent performance. Very strong research (journal quality and number of papers).

These qualities have mitigated a mid 240s step w/ non-AOA tier grades at many (but not all) top-tier programs.

Hope that's helpful.

Would that even be helpful at this point?

Just don't.  They know.  You applied.  Everyone else wants an interview too.  You didn't get one.  Someone more attractive did.  That's how life works.

Does anyone know if Cornell sent out rejections yet? It has it listed on the school list but I wasn't sure if that was a typo. Thank you so much!
