UCSF is doing so much deformity that one of their young guys has block time on Saturday and Sunday

Just like endovascular fellowships, neurosurgeons are sometimes training radiologists and neurologists. Eventually all these sub-specialties should separate out of become its own specialty. There should be a separate residency for endovascular, spine, pain... just like neurosurgery, plastics and peripheral vascular, all separated out from general surgery...
