As a resident at one of the 2 programs above, your post is very revealing. I see the red flag you have in your application. Its a shame our program missed it. You don't deserve to be in neurosurgery or even be a physician with such issues. Can't believe your medical school tried to cover for you!

What was the red flag?

It would be a real dick move for the resident to reveal such information on the web.
