JNS review time
#1
Has anyone else noticed a dramatic increase in 2017 in JNS review time? Before this year it was rare for a paper to take longer than a month and a half to receive a decision, and now it seems to consistently take 2-3 minimum.

Yeah, I don't even bother submitting to either the red or white journal anymore. Neither of them have their act together.

Reviving an old thread:

Anyone know of updates? Still 2-3 months for JNS (spine)? 1.5 months? Waiting on a paper and getting antsy... applying next cycle.
