They have good students? Why do you presume to think your med school carries that much weight when it comes to match? It does only in that it provides you different/better/more opportunities than a place like nj, but hate to break it to you-- that's where it stops. An nj kid can get where the HMS kid did on their own. And speaks more to their personal motivation when they do.

UMDNJ MS3 here. We have a strong match history because of support from faculty, residents, and upperclassmen. Most of the people who matched have known each other since they were MS1s. Having mentors who care about you makes a difference.
