Rotators thus far

Anyone had any impressive rotators this season? So far we have only had 1 of 8, but  all were good on paper.

What made the other 7 unimpressive ?

Serious question: do looks matter in ranking?

i'd agree that at our shop the sub-is have been more underwhelming than normal, looks don't matter in ranking as long as you can look professional. You don't need to be a model, but i think facial tatoos and nonconventional haircuts and piercings will work against you.

I have been overall happy with the quality of our rotators. If anything they have been uniformly good which makes it a little hard to be memorable if you are slightly better. Last year we had a few all stars surrounded by duds which made it easier to rank them.
