Pretty discouraging reading this thread. I’m surprised my future colleagues treat each other so poorly. Can’t we keep this civil? Don’t insult just because they’re foreign grads. Come on guys. We are all on the same side here. We will be taking call for each other so we can be to family events, typing extra notes so a colleague can leave sooner when they’re still in the OR, and helping cover for fellow residents to the attendings. We don’t have to wait until we match to be teammates.

Do we know if these programs are only releasing interviews on one day? As in are all the interviews that Yale, Indiana, penn state, etc are going to give out for this cycle already out? Seems like it’d be challenging to give the apps due diligence even w a cutoff.

Hard to say. Certain programs like Indiana are notorious to give interviews to high stats only until they cancel and these programs have to go down they list
