I don't hate MGH.  It is a good program.  It is not what many people here claim, nor what it formerly was.

hasnt been a "top training program" in a few decades. UCSF blows it out of the water for both clinical and research. too many programs to name are better clinically.

I'd say MGH is pretty clinically busy, as compared to most others.  Is the north service still around.  When I rotated there, the chief couldn't even leave the hospital, it was so busy.
