How many interviews is a good amount?

I’m sure all of us are wondering this. Despite nrmp data I’m curious at this point in time what’s considered a good amount?

You won't get a definitive answer at this point. If you go on 10 interviews and rank 10 programs then you should match. Aim for 15-20 just to be safe.

There is no good amount. You could have 20 and fail or have 4 and match. There is no rhyme or reason.

A "good amount" is based also on how well you interview. If you're better in person than on paper, a lower amount may be 'ok', whereas if your awkward af and great on paper, it may be harder to get ranked to match somewhere, and more interviews are better.
