What are the best tumor fellowships, both research and operative? Would love to hear personal experiences as well.

Fellowship is about the specific faculty, institution, and case mix you're looking for. There are historically strong programs in glioma, mapping, skull base, endoscopy, spine oncology, and research for all of the above. And why are you doing it - more case experience? New techniques? An extra year to buffer your resume? Need institutional cache on your resume? Generally, the fellowships with better-known faculty are to learn how THEY do things.
