Senior residents and PDs out there- what are your ERAS Cutoffs? step 1? Step 2s? Research?

Due to COVID, we are adding more objective measurements for this cycle. For example, we are taking a page from our orthopedics colleagues and asking for proof of an Ortho 500 on zoom. Better get started, y'all

Since we don't like to apply overly harsh filters, we're keeping it at a 1-rep max. Attaining a 250 bench should be trivial compared to pressing the space bar 40k times over 2 years.

UPenn had the highest step 1 cutoff of 244, I believe. Someone may want to confirm.

250 at some places such as DC programs (listed on freida)...not sure how accurate that is, but most programs still dont require step 2
