Is this a good program with Frank Hsu as chair? Looks like they have 2 per year. Does anyone know how the quality of training is?

Why did deleshaw leave?

Seattle time article (https://projects.seattletimes.com/2017/q.../hospital/) suggests he did some sketchy stuff. Suggest he was taking aneurysm cases to open procedure vs. endovascular to boost RVUs. Was hired away by the providence group and went on to chair @ Swedish in Seattle. He then did the same thing @ Swedish, which was the subject of an investigation by the Seattle Times that basically called Swedish a "factory" and suggested that cases were being done in an unsafe fashion to just boost the bottom line. Swedish seems to have let him go for that reason and he had some restrictions placed on his license (https://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-new...rosurgeon/). He then sued Swedish for libel (https://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-new...stigation/) but looks like it didn't hold up. Looks like he got his license back in 2018 but couldn't get a job (https://tdn.com/news/local/months-after-...62926.html).

Johnny Delashaw’s retirement pension from OHSU pays him a cool 800k+ per year. Johnny doesn’t need to work.
