Is there any benefit to submitting eras September 1, vs like September 15th this year? As programs won’t have access to apps until like Oct1?? Thanks for your help, comrades.

No benefit. Just make sure your application is submitted "before" the website opens to programs. Usually PDs and PCs download the applications once, at the time they are available to them, and never refresh or download the applications again.
