It's not going to replace resection for large tumors. Especially with symptomatic mass effect. My program has proton beam and it has made no impact on what cases are operative. It is essentially just an alternative for adjuvant radiation or for tumors that are not resectable.

Why mayo AZ bad? Heard Q out in FLA, much worse. Still not as bad as NM, Louisville, Loma or Rutgers. And they are better than PR- resident can get good residency spot when those dogs die.

Mayo AZ is not bad. Some idiot BNI residents here posting poop. Mayo stealing Barrow patients like crazy. Mayo AZ is great, with solid faculty, fantastic autonomy, great research opportunity and strong mid-level support. Fantastic organizational structure and lifestyle.

Mayo AZ likely does not register on Barrow's radar. They are more likely to be worried about Banner and random community hospitals. Mayo AZ is bottom of the barrel for now. May get better many years in the future.

AZ is new and needs more time. Beware of Mayo FLA Jacksonville.
