Does Step 3 matter at all for residents? Are there any fellowship programs that want to see Step 3 scores?

nope doesn't matter just knock it out takes about one weekend to do the CCS cases on uworld and you are ready

Other than having passed I don't recall it being on my fellowship applications.

They only care that u pass, but many will ask for the date u took it (I’m assuming for some sort of documentation purpose)
