Is there a centralized list (i.e., are there even reporting requirements on this) that would give applicants a good idea of which programs have high rates of residents getting fired, dropping out, or various ACGME violations?

Most of the people who frequent this board interview at the bottom-tier programs, and then fail to match. Very bad.
