Just having a hard time with interviews this year. Its so hard to communicate through zoom. A little awkward and nervous, hard to hear at times, harder to think on the spot........
Anyone else?

I don't think you can be a good judge of your own interview performance. I'm sure you're doing much better than you perceive!

this whole thing is such a stupid game. interviewing like 40 people for 1 spot when the home program has like 5 home applicants. rather than applying there should be a pre-interview rank
