Is the Rhoton Collection available on the AANS website any different than the book? The Collection is free for AANS Members:

The book is comprised of articles originally published as a supplement to Neurosurgery; they are readily available online if you have personal, departmental, or institutional account.
Some lectures with either 2D or 3D video are available on iTunes as well and are fantastic reviews.

Unless you are like me and prefer having the book to write & highlight in, you can get the equivalent chapters as pdfs from neurosurgery: SUPRATENTORIAL Neurosurgery 2002 51(4 Supp): S1-S410. http://journals.lww.com/neurosurgery/Pag...ssue=10001 INFRATENTORIAL Neurosurgery 2000 47(3 Supp): S1-S297 http://journals.lww.com/neurosurgery/toc/2000/09001 |
