Tbh I felt like residents were cool pretty much everywhere; it was the faculty where some places had reall toxic assholes and they couldn’t even control it for the duration of a 10 minute interview haha

Saw this mentioned in another thread, and can confirm - some Ohio State residents were super weird/creepy and constantly joking about pedophilia. Also UTSW residents were kind of misogynistic (asked if there were any women in the zoom room, and then when there weren't, started talking about how sexy and 'exotic' the women in Dallas are. Pretty classless).

Other than that, had essentially nothing but great experiences with the residents. Agree that it was mostly the faculty at some places who were toxic.
