Hey - just wondering if anyone knows about how long we should expect to wait to hear back on away apps?

What is the consequence of declining Sub-Is without accepting offers?

You might not get an interview if they are really paying attention, but even that isn't a sure thing.

I turned down a subI (had already accepted another) where the PD said I was “a top applicant this year” and then they didn’t interview me so I feel like it does hurt you at the place. Got plenty of other interviews and still matched.

Did BNI get back to anyone yet? They sent an email saying they have more applicants than usual this year and need more time are they starting to be more selective?
