I'm sorry, there's no way to force it. My advice would be that life gets better as you get more senior regardless of program. If you are truly utterly unhappy then I would suggest you go talk to a mentor or your program director.
What about if your not being renewed in a Midlevel position
Ask for assistance from them to find a position in this or another field. Easier for them to help you than a prolonged wrongful termination lawsuit. Just depends on the situation. If you were caught shooting up stolen Dilaudid from the pharmacy on duty then you're on probably SOL.
