Miami, Jeff, Duke, UIC, Penn State, OSU, Pitt.

Nah not OSU anymore. Last year on the trail it sounded like they were forcing their residents to do 2 years of mandatory research.

But I'd also add Utah to the list of places that are allowing residents to do enfolded in PGY7.

Temple you can do endovascular PGY7 (or neuro trauma/neurocritical care I guess)

Peoria has a CAST spine fellowship for its 7th years

Geisinger you can do Vascular/Endovascular, Skull Base, or Epilepsy enfolded fellowship as PGY-6

Maryland, endovascular or spine fellowship in PGY-7.

Ohio State is back to having PGY7 fellowships. You now have the option to choose a research track with 2 years of research, or a clinical track with one year of research and a PGY7 fellowship.
