I think you should be very worried. Most programs are closing out their seasons

How do some of these school send out interview invites so quickly. Are they actually reading the applications for just sending out invites to the top x number of Step 1 scores? Really hard to go through 300 applicants in one week lol.

Applications do not all get completed and come in at once and not all 300+ applicants apply to every program. Also, all interview invites do not go out at the same time. Some programs do have a minimum score threshold but none extend interviews to only the top "x number".
