As one of his junior residents I can tell you that it's actually the blood of sub-Is who didn't survive, haha. He also still doesn't know my name. On a more serious note he's got an awesome fundamentals book coming out in October, check it out

he's a pgy4 not pgy3. definitely the sprinkling of the blood of sub-Is that didn't survive on his keyboard before he writes anything. but do check out that fundamentals book coming out in October

Not sure how anyone walked away from that session thinking he was a douche. He was real nice and took time after to talk to everyone who wanted to talk to him.
