Does Cooper Health's neurosurgery residency only accept osteopathic applicants, or is it just coincidence that each of their residents is a DO? 

Do any other programs have preferences to DOs?

It isn't a coincidence. DO residencies in the past didn't accept MD applicants. I believe the rules have changed and they're all under the same board (for adult neurosurgery at least), but truthfully the whole situation has been very vague to me.
