Im based in St Louis so I was hoping to get your input.

From what I’ve heard, pretty solid for a one a year program. Known for its operative autonomy, just added three more faculty, expanding to different hospitals with some sort of new merger.. Solid attendings. Good amount of APP support for clinic and now night call. Wasn’t in match this year because of full complement and backfilling due to senior resident leaving for WashU. Weaknesses lie in research opportunities and the fact that this is a one a year program, though my understanding is that they are applying for complement increase given the volume and new faculty.

I don't know much about the program itself but will say that Mercier is both a really cool dude and an excellent surgeon.
