One of my relatives used to work for VA and basically the staff don't care about patients. He told me once about a patient bleeding excessively and the nurses just standing around and chatting because it was for another team or something.

On top of that, government works are ultra left-wing so I'd imagine a lot of DEI and #MeToo stuff.
