I see DBS trials for OCD, MDD, obesity, DM etc

Whats the future of functional? Will the reimbursement pendulum swing?

Shit pay, shit job market, pigeonholed into doing only dbs at most places. Shouldn’t even be a fellowship and just a side hustle you can pick up like radiosurgery.
