difficulty in finding jobs in specific locations

hey all

how difficult is it to find a job in a specific saturated location (ie Los Angeles, NY, etc) coming out of residency. thinking about hospital or PP jobs

Salaries and jobs in saturated locations are garbage. My advice would be to go to the road less traveled. You’ll get paid two to three times more, have ur pick of cases rather than be fighting over every redo microdisk, and you’ll be an appreciated asset to the hospital instead of a poorly paid easily replaceable drone. Stay out of NYC and LA
